Are you an experienced QM professional who combines leadership strength with presence and pragmatism? This key role requires a personality who provides clear orientation, brings different interests together, and maintains an overview even in demanding situations.

Area of responsibility

• You lead the QM/QS team, set a clear direction, and further develop the area together with your employees.
• You ensure the quality of raw materials and end products and reliably keep an eye on food law requirements.
• You accompany audits and certifications, further develop the QM system, and ensure that quality is lived in everyday operations.
• You are a present contact person for production, development, purchasing, sales, and marketing and find pragmatic solutions even with differing interests.
• You independently drive cross-departmental projects forward, set clear priorities, and maintain an overview even during changes and in dynamic phases.

Requirement profile

• You have an FH/ETH degree in food engineering or a BSc/MSc in food technology/-sciences and bring many years of leadership experience in quality management.
• You are very familiar with FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, food law, and relevant product labels. Good IT skills as well as experience with SAP are a plus.
• You are a present and approachable leadership personality who provides clear orientation and likes to participate where the day-to-day business takes place.
• You work extremely independently and pragmatically, make sound decisions even under pressure, and remain calm and steady during changes.
• You manage expectations clearly, mediate confidently between different interests, and communicate confidently in German and English. French language skills are welcome.
