You ensure the smooth functioning of the IT, network, and system infrastructures indispensable to industrial activity.

Responsibilities

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment
• Level 1 and 2 user support
• Management of networks and communication equipment
• Participation in infrastructure modernization projects
• Documentation and monitoring of interventions

Profile

• CFC Informatique or equivalent training
• Experience in support and infrastructure
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, networks, and systems
• Sense of service and autonomy
