YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Planning and scheduling of national and international transports
• Creation, coordination and monitoring of transport orders
• Scheduling with freight forwarders, suppliers as well as internal departments
• Shipment tracking and proactive processing of deviations and problems
• Maintenance and updating of master data and prices
• Monitoring of costs as well as support with freight tenders
• Ensuring compliance with customs and transport specifications

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Completed commercial training, ideally in the field of transport/logistics
• Professional experience in transport planning and scheduling is an advantage
• Good knowledge of customs and export processes
• A structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills as well as ability to work in a team
• Very good German as well as good English skills in speaking and writing
