Your tasks

• You develop and design format parts using 3D-CAD SolidWorks for our state-of-the-art machines for manufacturing tubes using the form-pressing process
• Based on customer drawings, specifications, or existing products such as tubes and caps, you derive the required design data and create production-ready product drawings from them
• You are responsible for the technical documentation from design to production release. This includes the creation of detailed manufacturing documents as well as the transfer of all relevant information to the planning department via PLM and SAP
• As an important interface between development, production, and planning, you ensure that new format parts are implemented efficiently and existing solutions are continuously optimized
• With your technical know-how, you drive the further development of our format parts and make a significant contribution to offering our customers innovative and economical solutions

Your profile

• For this demanding task, you have a basic technical education with further training at HF level, ideally in tool technology, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field
• Several years of practical experience in toolmaking, mold making, or in constructive product development enables you to translate technical requirements into well-thought-out solutions in a targeted manner
• Confident handling of CAD and PLM systems is part of your daily work; experience with SolidWorks is an advantage
• A structured and precise way of working as well as a strong technical understanding characterize you
• You are business fluent in German and have good English skills, which you use in particular in exchange with our international colleagues
