What awaits you:

• First- and second-level support for employees on-site, by telephone, and remotely
• Managing and maintaining user accounts as well as supporting access and authorization issues
• Installing, maintaining, and supervising hardware and software components
• Commissioning IT workstations and hardware at various locations
• Collaborating on IT projects, creating documentation, and supporting the introduction of new IT services

What you should bring with you:

• Completed training as an Informatiker EFZ or comparable IT training
• Initial experience in IT support as well as good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and Microsoft Cloud Services
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong service orientation, communication skills, and enjoyment of teamwork
• Driver's license category B
• Business fluent German skills in speaking and writing
