Clerk AVOR and Internal Sales

For our customer, we are looking for a committed, independent, younger personality (m/f/d) as Clerk AVOR and Internal Sales ### Tasks • Create and maintain production orders for production • Elaborate bills of materials • Carry out technical feasibility assessments • Processing of customer inquiries and orders • Creation of offers and order confirmations • Support the field service in customer care • Recording and maintenance of master data in the ERP system • Evaluation of the post-calculation of completed orders • Monitoring and planning of production processes • Close cooperation with the sales and production team • Data preparation of drawings and CAD data • Customer care and consultation in cooperation with the sales team Requirements • You have a completed technical vocational apprenticeship as a polymechanic, plant and apparatus builder, production mechanic or similar. • at least 3 years of professional experience • Good knowledge in the application of Microsoft Office • Experience in AVOR and if possible experience in drawing with CAD programs (HiCAD, Solid Works or similar). • ERP knowledge (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage) • Knowledge in the programming of laser systems and press brakes is an advantage (BySoft CAM) • Reading and understanding technical drawings • You have good visual and spatial imagination • German/Swiss German is your native language If you are interested in this position?
