Employee in Customer Center (40-100%) Tasks: You help customers with problems You are responsible for advising and selling our products and services and achieve sales and development goals thanks to your commitment and a healthy dose of ambition With professionalism & friendliness as well as correct data entry in various EDV systems, you promote trust building and customer loyalty Requirements: You have a degree (KV / retail) or experience in telephone customer service and remain sovereign even in demanding customer conversations (e.g. complaints) German is your mother tongue In addition, you speak Austrian or Italian (at least level B2) You have a pronounced flair & interest in electronic media Offer: An interesting entry into the PostFinance and financial services sector Start always at the beginning of the month Takeover into permanent employment after a maximum of 12 months Working hours from Monday to Friday between 08 and 20 (occasionally on Saturday between 08 and 17) Home office after completing training and passing the specialist check (4-6 weeks) Great teams, fair salaries, good training, DU culture and much more...
