For our valued customer located in Zürich West, we are looking for several Customer Advisor Inbound (DE/ FR or IT) # Employment: 50-100% Location: Zürich Industry: General services Publication date: 20.07.2026 Your tasks: • Reception and documentation of telephone calls in the technical and administrative area • Processing of customer inquiries and malfunctions in 1st-level support • Various other administrative as well as coordinative activities • Ensuring high customer satisfaction Your requirements: • Completed basic training (Kauffrau/ Kaufmann or Detailhandelsfachfrau/ Detailhandelsfachmann or similar is an advantage) • Existing professional experience in customer advisory / Customer Service / Kundendienst • Very good German and French skills or German and Italian skills • High customer and service orientation • Strong communication skills • Willingness for shifts MO - SO/ public holidays between 06:30 - 23:00 What you can expect • Home Office possibility after the induction period (3 -4 days / week) • A varied activity in a motivated team • The induction period on-site extends over a period of 3 months on-site at 100%.
