With us in the «Distribution Strategy, Project & Communication» department, the distribution strategy of AXA CH is realized, concepts are developed and implemented together with the product factory, the technology teams and the various distribution channels. We are looking for an experienced, technically strong personality who loves responsibility - and brings our productive AI applications to the next level.

As part of an expert team from Data Driven Distribution and the Competence Center Data & Analytics, you will focus on solving complex challenges using GenAI, Agents and more. You can demonstrate your skills along the complete Data Science Lifecycle - from the problem to the operation of the solution.

You develop AI applications within distribution and for the entire AXA Switzerland.

With your analytical skills, you help to keep the strategic direction on a modern course.

• You are part of a team and bring (Gen) AI-Use Cases to success
• You develop, optimize and operate AI applications in the cloud (GCP) that use our resources efficiently and create measurable added value
• You keep yourself up to date on the latest developments in the field of AI
• You are in constant and close exchange with the engineers of the GenAI Core Framework and the Distribution Strategy team
• You use your analytical skills to help shape the strategy of Data Driven Distribution
• You support our business stakeholders in the application of GenAI and analytical topics

What you bring with you

• Sound Data Science Tech Stack, especially Python, SQL knowledge and experience with DevOps (Git-Flow, etc.)
• At least 3 years of experience in the implementation of AI-based applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience in the concepts of Generative AI
• RAG
• LLM-Frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Vector Stores/DBs)
• A2A & MCP
• ReAct Loops
• Spec Driven Development
