A solidly established and rapidly evolving regional company, Flückiger Electricité SA is active in several complementary fields of electrotechnics: electrical installations in buildings, infrastructure, maintenance, as well as design and realization of sets of equipment and electromechanical panels.
At the heart of this activity, our Electromechanical Workshop located in Saint-Blaise constitutes a specialized and strategic sector of the company. It ensures the realization of electromechanical panels and assemblies, from their design to their manufacture, their assembly and installation, in close collaboration with our clients and our technical teams.
In order to support the development of this sector and to strengthen our team, we are looking for a
ELECTROMECHANICAL PANEL PROJECT MANAGER
Mission :
Ensure the safety of the employees under their responsibility during delivery and commissioning at the client's premises, respecting all site safety standards, client directives and electrical safety;
According to the clients' specifications, perform planning of the assembly and operating principles of the electromechanical cabinets: component panel, front face, material list and possibly schematic diagram, equipment plans according to current standards
Establish a detailed planning of the project realization (organization and planning of personnel, material and realization milestones), delivery and commissioning
Organize and plan the realization of projects; perform supervision during the realization of projects and perform quality assurance
Regularly visit and control the activities of the team leaders, fitters and apprentices under their responsibility; prepare intermediate measurements to estimate the progress of the site
Ensure the establishment of addenda within a very short timeframe; ensure that work is not started before obtaining the validated order from the project manager
Manage the execution of works as well as financial monitoring: monitoring the management of labor and material allocation; ensure a minimum margin of 5 - 10%, detailed monitoring between planned allocations and actual allocations, perform a forecast for the end of the site
Profile :
Federal diploma of project manager in electrical panel construction or currently in training or equivalent training ;
Confirmed experience in the management of electrical panel projects ;
Ease in human relations ;
Autonomy and sense of responsibility ;
Rigor, ability to synthesize and flexibility ;
Team spirit, open and innovative.
