Job description
Your mission, if you accept it
Management of the purchase cycle: Entry, imputation, and reconciliation of invoices (Overheads, PO, Fixed Assets);
Management of the sales cycle: Issuing customer invoices, monitoring unpaid amounts, and reminders;
Multi-Company: Experience in intercompany accounting, entry of transactions, justification and monitoring of open balances;
Payments & Treasury: Preparation of payment campaigns and reconciliation of bank statements;
Control & Compliance: Verification and correction of VAT, management of specificities related to customs;
Closing analyses: Justification of balance sheet accounts, matching, and processing of accruals (FNP - CCA) in connection with suppliers.
Your involvement in the evolution of the service
Projects & Improvement: You actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes. You are a source of proposals to streamline the team's work via automation and AI;
Technical collaboration: You work hand in hand with our Key User ERP to align our digital tools with your "field" needs;
Versatility & Support: You ensure a backup role in general accounting and the accounts receivable cycle to support the team during closing periods.
Let's talk about you and your skills
Your training and experience
Higher education in finance and accounting (or a degree deemed equivalent)
Previous experience of 5 years in a similar position in Switzerland
You perfectly master the operational chain and have the necessary experience to know what to optimize.
Your skills and qualities
Technical skills
You are a French native speaker and have a professional level of English. Proficiency in German is a plus;
Mastery of Excel and curiosity for new tools (AI, digitalization);
Ability to navigate easily in an ERP;
Solid basics in Swiss VAT and Code of Obligations (CO).
