You will actively work on our projects in the areas of infrastructure, systems, and clients or take autonomous direction of these projects. Your area of responsibility ## • Definition and establishment of standards for engineering and installation as well as architecture and design guidelines for data centers in close collaboration with the team • Evaluation and selection of the systems and products used in order to ensure optimal solutions • Implementation and application of technical requirements and tasks within the framework of projects, taking into account efficiency and quality • Development and detailed elaboration of different solution approaches for complex technical issues • Carrying out precise calculations for technical systems, possibly with the help of external expertise • Ensuring the success of final tests for completed work as well as the creation of precise documentation • Handing over new technical installations to operational management • Direction and management of projects while respecting current project management processes and standards • Supporting the sales service in clarifying technical questions in the field of engineering to allow for informed decisions • Evaluation and selection of suppliers based on established quality criteria and standards • Active maintenance of customer contacts, without assuming commercial responsibility • Your skills ## • Completed training as an engineer in electrical engineering, electronics, or a comparable field • Extensive experience and knowledge in the field of data centers (operations or projects) or in a similar environment is desirable • Familiarity with project management related to critical infrastructures • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders within projects • High resistance to stress and perseverance, even in demanding and stressful situations • Strong orientation towards teamwork and great social competence • Strong sense of responsibility and reliability • Solution-oriented approach and thinking • Passion for technical and technological subjects • Very good language skills in German and English, both oral and written, including the ability to lead meetings in English • Our offer ## • An exciting and varied activity in a dynamic environment • Great colleagues and a sense of humor • Green is celebrating its 30th anniversary while maintaining the charm of a start-up; our decision-making processes are short and we communicate on equal footing and using the informal "tu" • Your personal development is important to us, we support you individually • With us, you act autonomously and have the possibility to get actively involved and contribute to shaping things • Working in the most modern Green data centers with innovative technologies We have a lot to do - are you ready to take on the challenge with us?
