Operations Manager - Logistics, Assembly & After-Sales Service

To assist our client, a rapidly expanding company, we are currently actively looking for an Operations Manager Logistics, Assembly & After-Sales Service.

Responsibilities

• Global steering of operations
• Logistics and flow management
• Assembly, wiring and production
• After-sales service and quality improvement
• Management and coordination between the different teams
• Structuring and continuous improvement

Profile

• Significant experience in steering technical and operational activities, in the logistics, electricity or energy sector.
• Your background allows you to quickly understand the functioning of a workshop, with the logistical constraints as well as the problems encountered by technical teams in the field.
• You have a good analysis of an organization as a whole, know how to identify the causes of malfunctions and transform your findings into simple solutions.
