Technical and Operational Manager (M/F) - 100% - PERMANENT POSITION

Your mission

On behalf of a company active in the management and monitoring of technical infrastructures, we are looking for a Technical and Operational Manager to strengthen its teams. Your responsibilities: - Ensure the coordination and monitoring of operational activities. - Plan, organize and supervise interventions as well as technical projects. - Supervise and support the teams in the field. - Guarantee compliance with deadlines, priorities and set objectives. - Collaborate with various partners, clients and internal and external stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with current standards, procedures and regulations. - Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and the optimization of resources.

Your profile

• Holder of a CFC in the construction field or an equivalent technical training. - Experience in team management with an excellent sense of priorities. - Confirmed experience in real estate management. - Autonomous, organized person who enjoys teamwork. - Excellent stress management and ability to evolve in a dynamic environment. - Excellent command of French, both spoken and written, knowledge of German is an asset. - Good command of standard IT tools, notably MS Office. - Driver's license indispensable. - Knowledge of applicable regulations, technical standards and directives appreciated.
