We, Raiffeisenbank Cham-Steinhausen, are a successful and innovative bank that is among the largest Raiffeisen banks Switzerland-wide. At our locations in Cham, Steinhausen and Mettmenstetten, we employ around 75 employees, including 4 apprentices.

Customer Advisor Basic (f/m/d)

What awaits you?

• Identifying and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous management of the customer portfolio
• Ensuring simple, standardized advice regarding numbers, saving, investing and the development of needs-based solutions by taking into account the customer's life situation as well as within the framework of the segment-specific / customer-specific product range
• Expansion of the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers
• Participation in market development measures and customer events, representative tasks

• Completed banking training or equivalent training with experience in banking business
• Enjoyment of customer contact with high service readiness and good communication skills
