Your tasks

• Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process
• Execution of treatment nursing activities
• Electronic nursing documentation using Care Coach (mobile possible with Care Coach smartphone)
• Observation and evaluation of nursing and care situations
• Regular rounds on the nursing department and in the elderly apartments
• Assumption of tasks and responsibility for assigned professional tasks during the night

Your profile

• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK
• Professional experience in long-term care and Spitex/Inhouse Spitex is an advantage
• Experience as an RAI coordinator is desirable
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Joy in diverse challenges
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
