Maintenance Manager 100% CDI (M/F/D) Responsibilities • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance operations on production installations and equipment • Diagnose mechanical failures and carry out repairs as quickly as possible in order to limit production downtime • Proceed with the disassembly, reassembly, adjustment, and alignment of various industrial equipment • Participate in overhaul, modernization, and continuous improvement work of the installations • Check the proper functioning of machines after intervention and guarantee their safe return to service • Collaborate with production teams as well as technical services in order to ensure optimal availability of equipment • Complete intervention reports and ensure the follow-up of maintenance operations in the dedicated tools • Respect the security, quality, and environment procedures in force within the company Profile • CFC in industrial maintenance mechanic or polymechanic • Proven experience in industrial maintenance, ideally in a production environment • Solid knowledge of industrial mechanics; skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, or electricity are an asset • Good ability to diagnose failures and to intervene autonomously • Comfortable with reading mechanical plans and technical documentation • Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and excellent organization • Proactive, rigorous, and solution-oriented personality Benefits • A modern industrial environment equipped with high-performance installations • Varied activities offering real technical challenges on a daily basis • A dynamic team promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing, and skill development • Attractive working conditions as well as excellent social benefits • Start date: to be agreed Contact information Please apply directly online.
