Tasks
Maintenance & Inspection Performance of preventive maintenance work, functional tests and replacement of wear parts to ensure high plant availability.
Troubleshooting Analysis and rectification of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical faults on production plants.
Repairs Professional repair and recommissioning of machines and plants.
Optimizations Identification of technical improvement possibilities and implementation of smaller optimization projects.
Documentation Maintenance of maintenance and fault reports as well as recording of spare parts consumption.
Safety inspections Performance of safety-relevant controls and support during internal and external audits.
Collaboration Close coordination with production, engineering and external service teams.
Spare parts management Ensuring the availability of critical spare parts and maintenance of the spare parts warehouse.
Commissioning Support with installation, testing and fine-tuning of new machines and plants.

Profile
Technical training as a mechanic, polymechanic, mechatronics technician or comparable qualification.
Expertise in setting up and operating CNC machines as well as mechanics in general and ideally electrical engineering.
Professional experience in the maintenance of production plants.
Analytical skills and structured approach to troubleshooting.
Way of working independent, reliable and solution-oriented.
Team & communication skills for close cooperation with internal and external partners.
