Tasks

As a Remote Advisor Mortgage, you are the first point of contact for new customers who are dealing with one of the most important financial decisions of their lives - the financing of their own home. With your expertise, your enthusiasm for sales, and your ability to build trust, you accompany customers from the initial consultation to the closing. Together with a dedicated team and state-of-the-art digital tools, you make mortgage advisory of tomorrow successful.

Your tasks:

• You advise new customers (by telephone, digitally) on mortgage transactions - flexibly, digitally, and always with an open ear for their individual needs.
• You actively acquire new customers in the Affluent segment and build long-term relationships.
• You conduct financing discussions, review credit applications, and develop tailor-made financing solutions.
• You cooperate closely with external finders (intermediaries) to generate leads and close them successfully.
• You ensure that all regulatory requirements and compliance standards are met.

You will work in the Remote Advisory & Sales Team for Affluent customers in Zürich Altstetten (VZA2). Remote Sales & Advice will grow steadily in the coming years. The team internalizes "New Ways of Working" and works dynamically and agilely. The setup is characterized by flat hierarchies. Skills and Experience

• A completed banking apprenticeship or comparable training.
• Ideally a higher professional or university degree or the willingness to acquire such a qualification.
• Experience in mortgage business, preferably in advisory or sales.
• Sales strength, enjoyment of acquisition, and strong advisory competence.
• Digital affinity and the ability to use remote tools and technologies confidently.
• A structured, solution-oriented, and risk-aware way of working.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues simply and understandably.
