Cook Join the East Side Café Sàrl team as a Cook! The East Side Café restaurant in Pully is looking for a cook at 80% for a start date in September 2026. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a cook within a similar restaurant. He or she must be totally autonomous both for the mise en place and for the service (only one person in the kitchen in our restaurant). For this, the candidate must be organized, have a sense of priorities and, above all, be able to manage sometimes stressful situations. The East Side restaurant works with American and Tex-Mex specialties and we serve brunch menus on weekends. For this, we are looking for a person who knows modern cuisines and not just local and traditional ones. Responsibilities Prepare and cook dishes according to the recipes and quality standards of the establishment. Ensure the careful and appetizing presentation of the dishes. Ensure the proper storage of ingredients. Respect current hygiene and food safety standards. Collaborate with the team to guarantee smooth and efficient service. Qualifications Previous experience as a cook in a restaurant or a café. In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and hygiene standards. Ability to work under pressure and to manage several tasks simultaneously. Team spirit and excellent communication. Availability to work on weekends.
