Das Blumenhaus Buchegg currently cares for and accompanies 45 adults with a cognitive, physical, and multiple impairment and offers them an independent living space. Our institution is open year-round and places importance on offering people the greatest possible quality of life in the areas of living, working in the workshop, day center with daily structure, and leisure time.

We are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a

FaGe/FaBe EFZ or dipl. Pflegefachperson for the relief pool in the adult sector, 30-80%

Your tasks:

• In various day shifts, you will care for and nurse adults with a cognitive, physical, or multiple disability in different living groups from Monday to Sunday.
• As a specialist in the relief pool, you flexibly support the teams during planned or short-term staff absences and thus contribute significantly to ensuring care.
• You independently involve yourself in the daily life of the respective living group and orient yourself according to their processes, structures, and pedagogical attitudes.
• With a lot of independence and autonomy, you respond to the individual needs of the people entrusted to us and shape their daily life together with them.

What you bring with you:

• You are a responsible and empathetic personality with high social competence and enjoy working independently as well as across teams.
• You have completed training as FaGe EFZ or dipl. Pflegefachperson and ideally have experience in accompanying people with disabilities. FaBe EFZ are also welcome, provided they have sound experience in nursing.
• You bring flexibility and openness to engage with different teams, living groups, and care situations.
• High-quality care of the people is important to you and you appreciate the advantages of irregular working hours as well as weekend shifts.
• Through your experience in care and nursing, you are an important support for the teams and can contribute professionally even in demanding situations.
