• Holistic planning and successful implementation of demanding projects
• Leadership, promotion, and targeted further development of employees
• Preparation of offers as well as active participation in winning orders
• Ensuring efficient project controlling as well as responsibility for budget and costs
• Competent advice to customers and professional handover of the executed projects

The requirement profile ####

• Completed vocational training in building technology (heating, sanitary, or ventilation)
• Experience in project management and project execution is an advantage
• Junior profiles or technical clerks with development potential to project manager are also possible
• Fluent Italian and good German skills
• Leadership ability and strong social competence
• Strong PC user skills as well as driving license Cat. B
