You accompany the operational business and optimize production facilities through evaluation processes, efficiency increases and innovative solutions. You ensure technical operational readiness through larger conversion and revision projects and support the maintenance staff as well as the line managers technically with repairs and with smaller projects. You drive automation and growth projects forward and bring our production processes to the next level. You ensure that internal regulations and quality standards are met, and ensure sustainable improvements. What you bring Education: Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) Specialization: or University of Applied Sciences in a technical field, supplemented by plant-specific further training. Professional experience: initial professional experience in leading technical projects or in the field of engineering (ideally in a food environment). Sound knowledge of processes and workflows, also across departments. Entrepreneurial thinking and an efficient, precise way of working with strong goal orientation. Communication strength and the ability to handle several projects in parallel. You are data-savvy and system-adept (Office/BI, SAP & Co.), acquire new tools and use AI responsibly. You bring a pragmatic approach with which you accelerate decisions and efficiently automate routines.
