These are your tasks ##

• Overall responsibility for the planning, coordination, and realization of demanding projects in the field of building services (HLKSE & GA)
• Leadership and management of interdisciplinary planning teams
• Assumption of specialist site management on construction sites as well as ensuring quality, costs, and deadlines
• Coordination of clients, architects, specialist planners, contractors, and authorities
• Ensuring smooth information and project management across all project phases
• Close cooperation with other specialist departments of A+W
• Preparation of handover documents
• Support in the acquisition and development of customer relationships

What you bring with you ##

• Completed training or studies in Switzerland in the field of building services, electrical engineering, HLKS, energy, or building technology
• Several years of experience as a project manager, general project manager, or specialist site manager
• Sound knowledge of Swiss standards, guidelines, and construction processes
• Entrepreneurial thinking and high customer orientation
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Interest in developments in the industry
• Enthusiasm and enjoyment of demanding work
• German in spoken and written form
• Other national languages or English are an advantage
• Further training as a project manager, general project manager, or specialist site manager
• Experience in complex renovation, new construction, or infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of BIM methodology and digital project execution with Revit
• Experience with technical and spatial coordination - existing network in the Swiss construction and real estate industry
