In order to strengthen our teams, we are looking for an automation technician

Job description ###

Your mission :

• Design, model and commission automated installations and their electrical controls (robots, elevators, sliding doors, etc.)
• Program and configure PLCs in order to optimize the operation and energy efficiency of the machines
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and automated faults
• Participate in continuous improvement and investment projects
• Collaborate with production, methods and engineering teams
• Write technical documentation (diagrams, operating procedures, reports, etc.)
• Provide technical support to operators and train users

Profile ###

Desired profile :

• Holder of a CFC in automation or an equivalent training
• Confirmed experience in PLC programming
• Knowledge in electrotechnics, pneumatics and/or hydraulics
• Notions of robotics, a plus
• Comfortable with reading plans and electrical diagrams
• Autonomy, rigor and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Driving license (cat. B), an asset
