Your tasks ##

• Ensuring building maintenance and the technical infrastructure
• Independent execution of maintenance, upkeep, and repair work
• Rectification of technical malfunctions and defects
• Care and maintenance of indoor and outdoor facilities (incl. winter service/on-call service)
• Various workshop tasks and assistance with special cleaning work

Your strengths ##

• Specialist in facility management EFZ (specialization in house services) as well as driving license of categories BE, F and G
• Proven professional experience in building technology, ideally in a production plant (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, sanitary facilities, sprinkler system)
• Knowledge of the topics of safety, fire protection, hygiene and pest control
• Good user knowledge of the MS-Office suite
• Dedicated, service-oriented and reliable personality
