You are passionate about... • payments in all their facets and wish, as a methodical thinker, to take our software solutions to the next level within the agile product team. • the active role of interface between product management, clients, and software development, in order to translate complex business requirements into precise technical specifications. • requirements engineering in an agile environment, by developing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and supporting product management in backlog refinement. • the structured analysis and modeling of business processes and system requirements in the field of payments. • supporting the entire software life cycle - from the initial idea to conducting workshops with stakeholders, up to supporting quality assurance and testing. • participating in interesting SIX, SWIFT, and Instant Payment committees, in order to directly integrate new payment trends and standards into our product development. You impress us with... • a completed higher education in computer science, business informatics (FH/Uni) or a comparable qualification with a strong IT link. An IREB certification is a welcome asset. • expertise in payments (ISO 20022, Instant Payment, national and international payments, eBill, TWINT, card transactions, etc.) as well as your passion for innovations in the Finance / IT sector. • solid experience in requirements engineering or business analysis in agile software development projects. • a solution-oriented approach to work and thinking as well as strong interpersonal and communicative skills (moderation skills, persuasiveness, team spirit). • a confident mastery of AI tools as well as the competence to use artificial intelligence in a cost-effective and efficient manner in daily professional life.
