Your tasks

• Host/Hostess with passion and sales flair
• Active participation in service – you are present at the front
• Leadership and organization of the service team

(approx. 25 employees including apprentices & interns)

• Ensuring a smooth service process
• Quality assurance and further development of the service area

Your profile

• Completed training in the service area or corresponding further education
• Several years of professional experience in high-end service in Switzerland
• Sound specialist knowledge and leadership experience an advantage
• Organizational strength, flexibility and resilience
• Very good German skills as well as foreign languages (E/F)
• Well-groomed, confident and professional appearance
