Apprentice Cook CFC Saint-Imier

During your apprenticeship, you will discover all the activities related to the profession of cook within our catering service. Accompanied by experienced professionals, you will progressively develop the skills necessary for the practice of your future profession.

Your main missions will be as follows:

• Respect the established training plan.
• Participate in the preparation and realization of meals intended for patients, employees, and visitors.
• Apply the culinary techniques taught during the training.
• Respect hygiene standards, food safety, and the procedures in force.
• Collaborate with the Hôtellerie & Restauration service teams.
• Develop your professional and personal knowledge throughout your apprenticeship.
• You are interested in the profession of cook.
• You are dynamic and motivated.
• You demonstrate respect, courtesy, and team spirit.
• You are eager to learn and progress.
• You possess a satisfactory school level.
• You are organized and conscientious in your work.
• You enjoy practical work and dynamic environments.
