🇨🇭 After-Sales Service Technician - Metal Construction, Fine Locksmithing (M/F) 📍 Geneva and surroundings
As part of the development of one of our partners specializing in metal structures, technical closures, and building equipment, we are looking for an experienced After-Sales Service Technician to strengthen the teams.
Your role:
Ensure repair and maintenance interventions for customers
Diagnose malfunctions and propose suitable solutions
Intervene on various equipment such as doors, windows, closures, locksmithing elements, and metal structures (guardrails, stairs, gates, glass roofs, ...)
Perform necessary repairs, adjustments, and restorations
Guarantee the quality of interventions and customer satisfaction
Ensure the administrative follow-up of the interventions carried out
Represent the company to customers with professionalism
Profile sought:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
Experience in locksmithing, metal construction, technical closures, or building maintenance
Excellent ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems
Autonomy, rigor, and sense of customer service
Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
Driving license indispensable
Availability for a start of position in early July or by agreement
Experience of the Swiss market: an appreciated asset
