Do you want to actively help shape youth work?

You will actively help build the youth work in Birmensdorf and develop it together with the Head of Social Affairs and Society.

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the operation of children's and youth offers, coordination of processes, quality assurance
• Support as well as low-threshold counseling of young people in personal, family, and professional matters
• Planning, organization, and implementation of various project works as well as events with and for children and young people
• Promotion of participation, communication, initiative, and self-organization of young people

What you bring:

• You have a degree in Social Work, Sociocultural Animation, or a comparable education and ideally professional experience in youth work
• You are an open, dynamic, and positive personality
• You enjoy shaping relationships with children and young people
• You conduct public relations and networking work in and around Birmensdorf
• You bring creative thinking skills and a high level of self-organization distinguishes you
• You bring good IT skills, ideally in (Social Media and website design)
• You are ready for irregular working hours and agreed weekend shifts
