Quality Technician (m/f) - EMP SA

Located 25 minutes from Bienne and La Chaux-de-Fonds, our company, specialized in the manufacture of watchmaking components and partner to the world leaders in watchmaking, wishes to strengthen its workforce. Immediate start or to be agreed.

Main tasks ##

• Perform quality analyses (measurements and control) and participate in the resolution of non-conformities
• Collaborate in the implementation of quality projects
• Ensure the follow-up of complaints to suppliers/ST and contribute to the improvement of their quality
• Write, edit, and administer all quality documents
• Maintain good relations with external partners and administratively process complaints

Your profile ##

• ES technician diploma
• TQ0 and TQ1 training would be an asset
• Proficiency in IT
