Your mission: • Preparation of surfaces on CNC machines 3 and 5 axes • Carrying out complete finishes on CNC 5-axis machines: polishing, edging and felt preparation • Carrying out complete finishes on conventional machines: polishing, edging and felt preparation • Carrying out dimensional and aesthetic checks on components • Defining and implementing polishing ranges • Participating in the design of tools and specific fixtures • Contributing to continuous improvement by being a force for proposal in manufacturing methods and tool making • Carrying out production stamping and monitoring daily production indicators Your profile: • Training as a polisher or finisher in watchmaking or equivalent training • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position • Good dexterity and autonomy • Dynamic, organized, versatile person with a good team spirit • Daytime schedule
