• Identifying and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous management of the personal customer portfolio
• Ensuring competent advice on financing matters (housing) as well as standardized advice in the topics of investing and retirement planning
• Development of needs-based solutions by involving the individual needs, wishes, goals and life situations of customers as well as within the framework of the segment-specific product range
• Expansion of the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers
• Collaboration in target group-specific market development measures such as contact campaigns, events and representative tasks

What do you bring with you? ##

• Completed banking training or comparable training
• Experience in the financial services sector
