What you can achieve.

• In this role, you will get to know all work areas of the Brief-/Paketzentrum Härkingen during 12 months.
• Build your knowledge step by step by taking on tasks from goods receipt through sorting and picking to goods dispatch.
• Additionally, you will monitor the correct process flows and technical systems in the control room, learning about the daily operations and experiencing the sorting center from different perspectives.
• You will receive the chance to network internally through your diverse assignments and to understand the overall processes of a sorting center.
• Use the opportunity to gain cross-departmental operational and leadership experience while a member of the management accompanies and supports you.
• After successful completion, versatile development opportunities open up – whether in team or sub-area leadership. The training is the springboard for your logistics career.
