Your tasks: In this versatile role, you will take on a central role in the finance and accounting of the IMD-Gruppe. You will independently manage the financial accounting of the assigned domestic and foreign group companies and ensure reliable, timely, and qualitatively flawless financial reporting. In doing so, you are responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable, payment transactions, and dunning management, and you create and monitor liquidity planning. Likewise, the independent preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as participation in the budget and forecast process are part of your area of responsibility. Furthermore, you will participate in finance-related projects and actively contribute to the further development and optimization of processes and systems. Additionally, you will take over the deputy role for the Head of Financial Accounting, thereby ensuring smooth operations even in her absence. Your profile: You have a solid education in finance and accounting, ideally as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis), and bring several years of relevant professional experience. You are used to managing financial accounting independently, grasping connections quickly, and taking responsibility for your topics. You see yourself as a doer, tackle operational tasks yourself, think beyond your own area of responsibility, and actively contribute to improvements and projects. In doing so, you work very independently, structured, and reliably. You possess a strong sense of responsibility, a high affinity for numbers, and are characterized by analytical and entrepreneurial thinking. Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, experience with ERP systems, as well as very good German and English skills round off your profile.
