Employee in Sales Internal Service (100%) Your interesting tasks In this varied position in the sales internal service, you are an important interface between our customers, our sales team and our internal departments at the headquarters in Denkingen in Germany. Creation of offers: Processing and creation of offers based on customer inquiries. Order processing: Recording and processing of orders in the system, checking of order data and coordination with the parent company or logistics. Customer data maintenance: Maintenance and updating of customer data in our ERP system (e.g. address changes, contact information, contract data). Invoicing: Creation of invoices and credits, tracking of payments and clarification of open invoices with the customer. Customer care: Telephone and written care of our customers, answering questions about products, delivery times and prices. Coordination with internal departments: Close cooperation with the product management and export departments to ensure smooth order processing.
