ICT System Engineer (m/f) 80-100% #

Where digitalization meets mobility.

To support our IT team, we are looking for a proactive person as an ICT system engineer for the Aarau site, starting immediately or by agreement.

Your tasks

• You advise, coordinate, and support users in their daily work
• You locate and resolve failures or initiate appropriate escalation procedures and handle hardware, software, as well as network and communication problems
• You ensure the operation of data processing systems, networks, and servers and continuously develop our Microsoft hybrid infrastructure
• You take charge of 2nd and 3rd level support for workstations, servers, and cloud systems, network components, and assist with 1st level support
• You support the automation of operational processes and actively participate in infrastructure and digitalization projects by contributing ideas for the development of our Microsoft platforms and operational processes
• You analyze recurring problems and develop sustainable technical solutions
• At least one day per week, you work at the Bremgarten site and/or visit branches

Your profile

• CFC training as an IT specialist with a specialization in systems technology or equivalent, as well as several years of professional experience in the field of systems technology
• Proven experience and deep knowledge in the administration of Microsoft Windows Server, Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and Azure Cloud Services, as well as good knowledge in the field of networks
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, or identity and endpoint management is an advantage
• Autonomous personality and capable of working in a team with an independent working method and a high sense of quality and responsibility
• Ability to work conceptually as well as enjoyment in advising and solving complex problems
