Job description
Your responsibilities
Reporting to the Management, you are the guarantor of the proper functioning of the housekeeping service and ensure the maintenance of a high level of quality, cleanliness and hygiene within the establishment.
You are a professional in hotel housekeeping and wish to evolve in a position of responsibility within a recognized establishment? Our client is looking for its future Housekeeper Head of Housekeeping at 80 %, with an evolution planned to 100 % starting in May 2027. Reporting to the Management, you guarantee the proper functioning of the service and ensure the maintenance of excellent standards of quality, cleanliness and hygiene throughout the establishment.

Your profile
A true operational manager, you organize, coordinate and supervise all housekeeping activities. You ensure the quality of maintenance of rooms, apartments and common areas, ensure compliance with procedures and supervise a team of three chambermaids as well as an external cleaning company. You plan activities according to occupancy, participate in operations when activity requires it and collaborate closely with other services in order to guarantee an irreproachable customer experience. This function implies a strong presence on the ground and availability adapted to the needs of the operation, notably certain weekends.
