The Universitätsklinik für Frauenheilkunde of the Inselspital Bern belongs to the leading medical centers for gynecology. In our Kinderwunsch- und Menopausenzentrum as well as the gynäkologischen Endokrinologie, we accompany women and couples in very different phases of life - from unfulfilled desire for children to hormonal issues through to menopause.

What awaits you ##

• You receive and accompany our patients and couples and ensure a friendly and trustworthy atmosphere.
• You support our doctors during the specialized consultations and examinations in the Kinderwunsch- und Menopausenzentrum as well as in the gynäkologischen Endokrinologie.
• You independently perform blood draws, injections, and other medical-technical activities within the scope of your competencies.
• You prepare examinations and treatments, assist in their implementation, and take over the follow-up work.
• You support the organization and coordination of consultations and take over administrative tasks.
• You contribute your ideas and actively help shape our workflows.

What you bring with you ##

• You have completed training as Medizinische Praxisassistentin EFZ or Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ.
• Ideally, you bring experience from a doctor's practice, an outpatient clinic, or a hospital. Knowledge in gynecology is welcome, but not a requirement.
• You work independently, responsibly, and well-organized, and maintain an overview even in busy situations.
• You encounter our patients and couples with empathy, discretion, and joy in personal contact.
• You are flexible, team-oriented, and value cooperation with different professional groups.
• You communicate confidently in German. French skills and other languages are a plus.
• You have good IT user skills and perform administrative tasks reliably.
