Our client from the Lenzburg area has been a leader in international special plant and machine construction for over 25 years. The company develops and realizes customer-specific process plants for a wide variety of applications and industries. In doing so, the company works together with suppliers and partners in Switzerland and in the international environment. Commissioning, service, and spare parts services round off the comprehensive portfolio. The company is on a growth course and therefore wants to specifically expand and further develop the export area. To strengthen the team, we are looking for an entrepreneurial, independent, and practice-oriented personality by agreement as a Senior Foreign Trade Specialist with Team Leadership 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks:

• Leading the establishment and further development of the export area, including taking over team leadership
• Responsibility for the entire import and export processing, including coordination of freight forwarders
• Ensuring time-, cost-, and customs-compliant transport processing worldwide
• Responsibility for export documentation as well as ensuring legally compliant export and customs processes
• Processing of letters of credit and obtaining necessary permits in cooperation with banks and authorities
• Organization of customer-specific packaging and transport solutions for new plants and spare parts
• Continuous further development and optimization of export processes as well as ensuring compliance requirements
• Support with commercial, administrative, and organizational tasks

Profile:

• Commercial basic training with further training as a Foreign Trade Specialist with federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) or a comparable further training
• Many years of experience in import, export, and customs clearance of capital goods
• Understanding of plant and machine construction is an advantage
• Also in hectic times purposeful, independent, flexible, and resilient
• Enjoy communication with customers, suppliers, authorities, and internal contact persons
• Customer- and team-oriented thinking and acting
• IT-savvy and interested in efficient and innovative ways of working
• Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing, other languages an advantage
