Account Executive

As our Account Executive (80-100%) in Zürich, you are at the center of our Customer Journey. You take full responsibility for a diverse portfolio and promote customer satisfaction, growth, and customer loyalty. Independent management and care of a large customer portfolio, from the phase after the trial period to contract renewal. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key contacts to manage expectations, general satisfaction, and customer loyalty. Continuous analysis of customer needs to optimize their experience and identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities. Active promotion of organic growth in your segment to maximize account potential and business value. Proactive exchange with customers who stand out in health checks, as well as monitoring key figures to prevent churn proactively. Contract negotiations, account reviews, and processes for contract renewal or termination. Cross-functional collaboration with our acquisition, product, operations, and support teams to ensure a uniform customer experience. Passing on valuable feedback based on customer insights to internal teams to continuously improve our offerings and processes. 2+ years of professional experience in the field of Client Success, Account Management, or a similar position with customer contact. Proven successes in efficiently managing and expanding a large, diverse customer portfolio. Secure handling of CRM tools is a prerequisite. Proactive, solution-oriented thinking with a sense of hospitality. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while building meaningful, value-creating relationships. Fluent German and English skills.
