You will independently manage complex pension fund mandates, process all business cases of the 2. Säule, and act as an advisor to insured persons as well as internal and external contact persons. your AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY You will independently lead and manage a complex mandate of a large autonomous pension fund and are responsible for the entire administrative processing of occupational pension provision. This includes processing entries and exits, salary mutations, purchases, WEF advances, divorces, as well as retirements and death or disability cases. You will carry out benefit and contribution calculations, are responsible for pension administration, and ensure reliable contribution collection. As a competent contact person, you advise insured persons and work closely with internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you contribute your specialist knowledge to projects and working groups.

your PERSONALITY You have completed basic commercial training and have several years of experience in occupational pension provision as well as in the management of autonomous pension funds. The independent management of complex pension fund mandates and the administrative management of all business cases of the 2. Säule are part of your practice. You bring sound knowledge of insurance-technical and administrative processes and work independently, precisely, and in a customer-oriented manner. Business-fluent German and French skills in speaking and writing are required. A professional certificate in the field of occupational pension provision or a comparable further education is an advantage.

your PERSPECTIVES You can expect a demanding project assignment where you can specifically contribute your expertise in occupational pension provision and independently manage a complex pension fund mandate. You will work with various internal and external contact persons and take on a central role in the professional administration of pension benefits. The place of work is Zürich, with up to 40 % remote work possible. The workload is 80-100 %, starting immediately or by arrangement. The assignment is expected to be limited until 31. Januar 2027.
