Safety Officer & Lean Coordinator

At our headquarters in Flums, we are looking for an all-round, innovative, open, accessible, and collegial personality as a Safety Officer \& Lean Coordinator (ag) immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks You will be at the forefront of implementing our safety and efficiency strategy in operation. You will proactively help to make our workplaces in the plant safer and our processes leaner. With your training sessions and your supportive approach, you will help our teams to ensure that safety guidelines are understood, accepted, and lived. You identify risks and optimization potential close to the action and develop practical solutions in cooperation with our employees. You thrive in the "privilege" that allows you to directly and sustainably shape our safety culture, and you are also ready to face the "duty" with accident analyses, documentation, and reporting. Your profile You should have completed technical training and have corresponding further training in the areas of safety technology, occupational safety, or similar. Several years of professional experience as a safety officer in an industrial environment is an advantage. Ideally, you have knowledge of and affinity for Lean Management as well as established Lean instruments. You convince through your pragmatism, your hands-on mentality, and initiative, and you possess common sense, communication strength, and assertiveness. As a team player, you meet your counterparts at eye level and possess maker qualities with foresight and prudence. You are open to meaningful further training and are familiar with MS Office programs as well as any safety management systems.
