Head of Technical Operations & Projects 80-100%

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the technical operational readiness of production facilities, technical systems, buildings, and infrastructure
• Management of the Technical Service and internal logistics
• Planning and implementation of operational projects, investments, conversions, and optimizations – from specification to commissioning
• Analysis and optimization of performance, capacities, efficiency, and energy consumption together with the Operations Management team
• Ensuring maintenance, servicing, and repair as well as sustainable reduction of failures and downtime
• Responsibility for occupational safety as well as technical protection and safety measures
• Ensuring compliance with GMP, NEM, and food requirements
• Responsible for technical CAPA measures / Change Control
• Identification and implementation of process and efficiency optimizations in operations to increase productivity

Your profile

• Technical basic training with further training at HF/FH level or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in technical operations, maintenance, and/or technical project management of a production company
• Leadership experience as well as strong organizational and coordinative skills
• Knowledge of a regulated production environment (Pharma/GMP, food, or comparable) is an advantage
• Analytical, solution-oriented, and structured way of working as well as high awareness of costs, quality, and safety
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills

In this versatile leadership role, you will work closely with the executive management as well as the persons responsible for Bulk Production and Konfektion and actively help shape the technical further development of our location in Lengnau.
