In this role as an Accounting Employee, you have the opportunity to decisively support the Finance & Administration department Accounting Employee 80-100 % (m/f/d) What you achieve You manage contract management in the service business and support the sales units in German-speaking Switzerland and Ticino. You trigger manual invoices, credit notes and refunds and assist with periodic invoicing. You process the incoming payments of our customers. You manage open accounts receivable in close cooperation with the sales units. You share responsibility for the dunning process in Sales Switzerland. You help with the preparation of documents for tenders. You participate in the creation of analysis and reporting activities. What you bring With your completed commercial basic training EFZ, you bring the ideal foundation for this versatile task. Thanks to your professional experience in financial accounting, you quickly find your way into complex contexts and work confidently in the areas of accounts receivable management, invoicing and payment transactions. You use the common Microsoft Office applications securely and efficiently. You also have experience in dealing with SAP. You work independently, reliably and precisely and are characterized by a structured and responsible way of working. Contact with different stakeholders gives you pleasure and you convince through your service-oriented, open and communicative manner. You communicate stylistically confident in German and ensure professional exchange with internal and external contact persons. You score with further language skills (English, Italian).
