Activities

• Independent control, operation and monitoring of the sawing line as well as the production facilities
• Coordination of the team including deployment planning and work organization
• Monitoring of plant performance, availability, product quality and compliance with delivery dates
• Active support in troubleshooting, optimizations, revisions and maintenance work
• Support and representation of the production manager in leadership tasks
• Requirements
• Manual dexterity with technical understanding for modern machines
• Basic knowledge in the wood industry, mechanics or electrical engineering is an advantage
• Independent and solution-oriented working with readiness for active thinking
• Good German skills in speaking and writing, English skills are desirable
• Confident handling of MS Office and motivation for continuous further development
