We are looking for our Ardon home for a: Socio-educational Assistant at 75% from 1 January 2027 or by agreement We offer you to * ensure the support of beneficiaries within the Foyer d'Ardon in their daily life activities in a perspective of psychosocial rehabilitation based on self-determination; * support residents in their individual projects and objectives; * collaborate interprofessionally with social workers, nurses, ASSC, day centers, and workshops. Your profile * you have a CFC as a socio-educational assistant or a title deemed equivalent; * you have confirmed work experience in the field of psychiatry or social work; * endowed with a very good sense of organization, you like working in a team and being able to assume responsibilities; * you master common IT tools (MS Office); * holder of a driver's license, you have a private vehicle.
