For our customer based in the Baselland region, we are looking for, as of now (within a week's notice), as part of a temporary assignment, a/an Internal Sales Assistant 100% Your tasks • Creation and processing of offers in the field of energy distribution, especially for transformers • independent creation of offers as well as support in the processing of tenders • handling of ongoing daily business including monitoring of delivery deadlines and accompaniment of project orders • execution of technical clarifications as well as competent advice in the field of energy distribution • monitoring and coordination of large orders and public tenders • recording, maintenance and updating of customer and order data in the ERP system • support of Account Management and Front Sales in operational daily business • support and accompaniment of larger customer and project orders • participation in the optimization and further development of internal systems and processes Your profile • completed basic training in the electrical field is an advantage, but not mandatory; technical interest and understanding are required • willingness for commercial further training, for example as a Technical Merchant, or a corresponding completed further training • professional experience in the field of Technical Sales is an advantage • basic knowledge in project management is desirable • very good German language skills at native level are mandatory • French and/or English skills are a plus • independent, structured and reliable way of working with entrepreneurial thinking as well as an open, communicative personality and strong customer and service orientation What awaits you • challenging varied tasks in a collegial team • workplace in an expanding industry • modern employee-friendly working conditions • regular employee events Have we aroused your interest?
