For the Kaiseraugst location, we are looking for an engaged and motivated Senior Property Manager (m/f/d) 100% to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks
Management of your own interesting real estate portfolio consisting of residential and commercial properties
Ensuring good data quality and high management standards as well as the continuous optimization of processes
Organization and implementation of initial lettings
Support in construction and renovation projects
Control of annual financial statements, HBK statements and budget planning
Handling of conciliation proceedings and legal disputes
Collaboration with accounting and portfolio management
Your profile
Higher continuing education Property Manager with federal diploma (eidg. FA)
Several years of professional experience in property management
Very good knowledge of Swiss tenancy law
Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
Openness to changes as well as solution approaches
Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
Very good German skills in spoken and written form, further language skills are an advantage
Confident handling of MS Office and experience with property management software
Driver's license category B
